Our Age & Safety Verification Policies
1. Age 18+ Mandatory Clean-Up Requirement
To register as a field volunteer for physical trash collection activities, users must be at least 18 years of age and hold a verified ID. Volunteers under 18 are prohibited from field trash cleanup without verified parental consent and adult supervision.
2. Anonymous Community 311 Reports
Users are empowered to report illegal dumping, trash overflow, or sanitation hazards anonymously. All reports are published to a public community feed so neighbors can inspect active issues before submitting redundant tickets.
